Brother, thanks a lot for your kind words. Yes, you seem to have enjoyed the Kolkata Metro Rail ride pretty much last month in the existing North-South route alongside @ShafiulB dada and @KalyanPal . I missed to accompany you on that evening owing for work, but next time when you guys are here, I’ll take you for the splendid ride across river Ganga on this newly opened East-West stretch of Kolkata metro.

@ReshamDas what a big article about India’s first underwater Metro rail. I feel very excited that all the places you have mentioned here I have some knowledge about them and physically I visited a few days ago. I used Kolkata Metro service several times and I have so many memories there. I hope I will visit West bengal again for just getting some experience of Under water Metro rail. Missing you all @PritishB @KalyanPal !

Yes, this new metro route has, as expected, revolutionized the transport system for the regular commuters to the central business district of Kolkata and its surrounding areas, as it has direct connectivity to Howrah station - a terminal station that links this city to all parts of the country.
