And yes, the hill showing in photo number 1 is a solid and Hard one. It is a granite monolithic hill. There are 700 rocky steps carved out of stone to reach the hilltop.
During my childhood I have also used such kerosine oil lantern and lamps to study during night. At that time, electricities were not being supplied 24 hours in my city. Thank you again.
