You are most Welcome to Patna, Bihar, where you will find many historical and tourist attractions. I will be there to greet you personally. The clock tower in Patna is under Bihar secretariat and not open to the public. However, we can apply for a pass to visit. I hope to meet you soon, @TusharSuradkar sir . Most clock towers in India are now out of reach for common people, either for security reasons or the buildings are too weak to allow public inside.
