No. There is no appeals option available in the US.
In stead you should take a close look at what info is available online about the new shop. Is it in the company website? Can you reverse look up the phone number and get the same business name and address? This is what Maps usually will check to verify the existence.

Another reason can easily be that you violate the business naming rules. Things like no all caps, no category or location info in the name field are not allowed.

Only try again when you have new/better info. Otherwise the filter might suspect you of being a spammer.
Adding one good store front pic is plenty. More pics increase you chance of getting rejected.
Please delete all the photos you uploaded of the place.
When I run into this and see the business is not yet on the company website. I ask them to add it before trying again.
