I can see, you posted 4.702 photos and 208 videos, thereof only 2.621 are public and 2.282 photos or videos hidden. Your newest public photos are 30 months old.
By any chance, do you use a Galaxy phone with One UI or firmware updated not so long ago and published most photos after that? If so, your problem might be solved soon. Please have a look at Cannot upload images to reviews - #41 by WilfriedB
