Need help please!

Hi @MohammedCNT1

Sorry for the new spam filter hiding your reply and me not being able to restore it promptly.

I understand your reasoning about using a second accound. Especially as the appeals form is out of order. When the form is working, it is the only way to reach Google re suspensions. Otherwise, real spammers would be making posts here constantly.

You might not be aware that being an LG is just an add-on to a Google account. Non-LG users can also post reviews and photos on Maps. They just have no LG title, level, and the orange LG badge.

It is not important when you got suspended.

Duplicate and redundant are not the same.
I see that you have deleted the similar photo you had uploaded here:

One could argue that these 2 images are very close to redundant.

Are some of your photos stills pulled from your video? If so, this is another redunancy issue.

But generally, I’m impressed by the quality and lighting in your photos.

But what is going on here:

Your photos look like copies of design files for signs or menus for the business. The same in the next “Unknow place”.

If you have access to commercial advertising materials/files from businesses, you are not an independent local guide but someone who is advertising for businesses. This would be a breach of the LG terms, which could explain your suspension.

The problem with “general remarks” is not related to when you post your reviews. It is a question of whether your reviews are authentic and you manage to include some details that proved you actually visited the place. General remarks are when our writing style sounds like official statements or wikipeda writing style. Some people write reviews as if they were employees of the tourist office. Make it personal. Describe some details about the product or service you got. Don’t sound official, but personal.

The language in this review sounds like you are writing for the local newspaper. No mention of what you got, how you liked it, and why. Such general remarks can be found al over the internet. Being helpful is sharing some text describing your personal experiences and opinions. Not some general blah-blah text.

4 Simple Steps to Writing Excellent Maps Reviews

Try asking the 4 questions for each of your reviews, and I’m sure the helpfulness of your reviews will increase by a lot.

I would recommend not using the automatic suggestions in Maps to upload photos. It can get you to upload duplicates.

I can assure you that the team is pushing to get the appeals form working again.

Cheers
