Wow! Good to know your skydiving plans @Rohan10 . Dubai is a great selection for skydiving. I would be glad to share my Dubai travel :slightly_smiling_face:

One more spot with scenic views would be Himalayas…I would love to try that too. :slightly_smiling_face:

Many thanks for your response :slightly_smiling_face:

Wow @Smita_Patil Bravo girl !

How your feeling free fall from sky ? It’s same feeling like ride roller coaster?

Awesome experience!

Hey @Pratik_89 thanks you for your kind words :slightly_smiling_face: the same applies to you too, right?

Who wouldn’t love being considered :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks again for your comment… totally made my day!

Haha… you must must experience skydiving I feel @Nyainurjanah I forgot to add one paragraph in the main text… I would edit it in a while but main difference would be skydiving involves jumping and gravity factor is insane! You feel gravity like hell for few fraction of seconds until you stabilize.

Roller coaster is more of a motion multiple directions. I may not be able to put it in words but it totally is different experience!

I have also tried inverse rollercoaster in Universal studios Osaka, Japan…amazing ride indeed!!

@Smita_Patil

Wow.

What a feel when you fall!

Wonderful. Nice that you shared your thrilling experience in Japan. Understand that you plan to fall from sky at many places in the world in future.

You may use a ‘action camera’ like GoPro to capture your fall and feel next time.

Good that you gave the important tips for ‘sky diving’.

That few seconds of your ‘free fall’, would have stopped our heart beats.

Wish you many more falls and safe landings. :ok_hand:

@Nyainurjanah your response sounds funny :grinning: Is it,? Well I am probably totally opposite of what you wrote.

I just hope you just do it thinking after 'n’th time later in life :slightly_smiling_face:

Hello @RavindranK many thanks for your response!

The one used for this dive was GoPro itself. However, personal belongings were not allowed. So I could not carry mine. The cost of Dive included use of their cam for video.

You mean the video could be better?

Thank you for your wishes for my future adventure. Not sure about many more but at least the one in Dubai is what I hope for!

Once again thanks for your time and respons :slightly_smiling_face:

This is amazing @Smita_Patil . I bet you had the experience of a lifetime. I love to say it like this, there are two kinds of people in the world, one who have jumped off the plane and the one who haven’t. I did skydiving too, back in 2013. It felt so great to see the planet from above, feeling the rush of air on your face and the silence! Dubai is in my next bucket list too for skydiving. But I could trade that with the opportunity to do the same in Turkey. Thank you for sharing your experience Smita. I hope you get to dive again in Dubai soon. Don’t forget to share that experience with us when you do so.

Hey @SoniaK ! thank you for your response and sharing your skydiving information. Where did you do it in 2013?

Turkey would be a great location as well.

I think I would also enjoy the Himalayas if not Dubai or anyways! Many thanks for your wishes  I hope you get to do it at both locations

Hey @Jahurulhaque

It was definitely fun. It would have been scary if I would have thought of it as “being scary” :grinning: I skipped few beats initially but I was not scared at all.

You must try it to feel it :slightly_smiling_face: It shall rather depend on how excited/ prepared you are!

Hi @Smita_Patil ,

I admire you for your courage! The closest thing to a free fall I’ve experienced was a bungee jump from a hot air balloon. My immediate thought, once my body was in the air, was, ‘Never again!’ But anyway, can’t wait to read about your Dubai skydiving experience one day, too!

As for my favorite to-do thing in a new place: trying the local food and visiting a local bookshop! While I was studying in Japan, I loved the affordable sushi at Sushiro and the second-hand bookshop chain Book Off. I haven’t been much to Saitama, though, so your story makes me itch to visit!

Hi @Smita_Patil , my skydiving was in California, USA. It was my birthday present to me. Mine was a tandem dive too. But one day I wish to dive alone, by myself. Yes, Himalayas would be a sight to see for skydiving. But you have to be extra careful about landing. All the best for your next dive.
