It is also roasted banana but I cut it in half and heat for long time @Sahilmsk2208

Many bananas in Taiwan are exported, especially Japanese people love to eat. We directly eat raw food directly after peeling.

@asw151 same here I can eat fresh banana without processing also…but roasted is my favourite.

Gee! An actual banana plantation? This is so great, @duenbenz ! The closest I have been to a banana tree has always been the fruit stand at the local supermarket and seeing that these actually come from a tree, more over, they are green, not the yellow fruits, I am used to … it’s exciting. How are you taking care about the trees and is it hard to get the whole erm, bunch of banana thing, off the tree?
