Hello Google Maps Community Team,
I am a Local Guide and I regularly contribute genuine reviews to help users on Google Maps. Recently, I posted a 5-star review for “Krashna Beauty Parlour” (also known as Krishna Saree & Suit and Beauty Parlour) along with some photos and a short video.
The issue:
The review is fully visible to me from my account profile, but when I or anyone else check the business listing publicly (or from an incognito window), my review does not appear at all.

Review Status: Visible only to me, hidden from the public.

Content Added: A 4-line text review in Hindi, 3 photos, and 1 video (10 seconds).
I have made sure that my review adheres to all of Google’s Prohibited and Restricted Content policies. There is no spam, no promotional links, and no offensive language. It is a 100% honest and original experience based on my visit.
Could a Product Expert or Community Manager please look into this and help me get my review unflagged/public? I have attached a screenshot showing the review as visible on my profile.
