first of all, I like your statement “I always aim to follow the content guideline”, most others say something like “all my contributions obey the rules”, but in reality we never know for sure 
Looking at your Maps profile, we can see “only” 12 of your 272 reviews are hidden:
and 80 of your 1086 photos did not go public:
Trying “uploading the review without any photos” is a good approach to start with, because the text and all attached media are checked by a SPAM filter and if only a single photo is rejected, the entire review including all other attached photos will be hidden. If a text-only review is still hidden, I suggest two things:
- read @MortenCopenhagen’s article How to Get In and Out of Trouble: The Main post for tips how to avoid contributions to be hidden.
- post a screenshot of your rejected review here. Possibly some other local guide can provide some more tips.
