I agree with your argument on the rating one star the place I have been more than 100 times and I will increase the rating to two starts for the only reason I am going there. However about my latest review, I have been there more than 20 times and have never rated them and it does not mean I am happy with them but I have no other options in the area where I live.
Also thanks for your offer for reviewing my long text but after I wrote here I cut the other 3 issues and the “voila” it is published. My understanding is even though it is in the number limit of the characters Google does not like negative long reviews and hides it automatically. I am going to reply my own topic that I sorted it out and no need anymore.
