I’m devastated to say that after waiting for 13 weeks i.e., 91 days i still didn’t receive my local guide pin. On 1st May, 2023 i received a email saying that i have received a special reward which was nothing but the brand addition local guide pin. I was very excited and hence didn’t waste a single minute to place my order. My order was confirmed on that very day itself. Then on 12th May, 2023 I received another mail from Deutsche Post Customer Portal that my order was received at their end and that i would soon be able to track my order shipment. Well, according to the status, my item departed Deutsche Post Mailterminal on 23rd May, 2023. After that i waited for 6 weeks more i.e., a total of more than 9 weeks since I first received the reward mail, but my prize didn’t arrive. Thinking that reward got lost in the way, I did some research and went to the FAQ section and reapplied for the same on 5th July, 2023. And well, now I get no more mails about its whereabouts. I waited for a long time before I commented here, and moreover this is my first post and never did I imagine writing my first post as a complain, but i had no choice. I hope someone would notice this, and solve my problem.

update? Yes it’s been one year and I’m still waiting as I was asked to wait.
