How do you brew your coffee? Any good methods you know to share with us?
I prefer black coffee too, especially Asian beans like Java or Sumatra, brewed with V60, thus they are rich bodied and less acidic, which my tongue likes the flavour while my stomach is happy.
Unfortunately early morning coffee makes my stomach upset with the acid.
