I’m not seeing 10 time badge winner in running list 
That’s because you got the Ten-time Connect Challenge Winner badge, @TiffanyStockstill! The running lists are for Local Guides who are “in-between” badges; for example, we don’t have a list for three-time winners because they receive a badge marking their achievement. But we have lists for two- and four- time winners.
If you win the next challenge as well, you’ll be first on a running list of 11-time winners. Hope this clears it!
