First of all I appreciate your initiative that you are going to create a series about Kerala through which we can all get a specific idea about Kerala.
Looking at your cover photo reminded me of your houseboat series.
Dear @TravellerG Thank you so much for presenting the first of the Kerala series with us in a great way and I look forward to seeing the next episodes.
Stay safe

Etymology of the names is a very curious thing because we often find very special and historical reasons behind a name and those roots give us the picture of the culture at the time the place was created.
Thank you @TravellerG for the tag and very interesting post.
Thank you very much for all your kind words and appreciation, dear Kamal…
Your words are really inspiring and I assure you that I shall post next Kerala post today itself.
Thanks for referring to our previous series on houseboat.
I hope that our Kerala Traveler Guide Series will helpful for many…
Greetings with thanks, dear @KamalHossenR

Hi @TravellerG !
I like the definition “the land of hills”: your photo makes the full meaning of this definition!
Bye,
David
Thanks for your kind remarks, dear friend @davidhyno
Happy that you enjoyed the holy shots of Kerala.
For your info, the cover photo shows the “SNAKE BOAT” - This sport has the largest number of participants in a team in a race!
Greetings…
