Ok. You explained it very well @Smita_Patil
Thank you
Absolutely @Reallylucky In fact I somehow skipped mentioning that this island was not the part of India till Sidhhis ruled it. Definitely, a must-visit place, the advantage is- you also can enjoy visiting the beaches around.
A complete story of Janjira indeed @Smita_Patil … love this place. And look at the food you have as well as the journey you had here. Thank you for sharing it to us all
Thank you so much @indahnuria . for your response.
The food was definitely amazing, and in my opinion the villege side food tastes yummy than the one we get in big restaurants. That authentic taste is just heavenly
Thanks for sharing beautiful post of fort, from childhood I used to admire Shivaji Maharaj, because our teacher used teach by acting his chapter never forget, when saw live show of Shivaji I felt I am in that era.
If you have post of his lala Mahal in pune I went so many times but miss to visit it.
If you visited his more fort share it… While staying in kalyan so many years never visited Durgadi killa. Now can’t climb high…
Keep sharing such beautiful post.
That’s a great suggestion @RosyKohli , many thanks for your response. Although Shivaji Raje never ruled this fort, history talks about his and his son’s great efforts to win this fort.
I absolutely feel your admiration. ‘Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’ is like emotion for most just like you and me. Just hearing the ‘Rajmudra’ is a proud feeling.
صور جميله لقلعه جميله وحصن رائع يدل على حضاره تاريخيه عريقه تشهد على وجود شعب عظيم سكن هذه البلاد وبناء الحصون والقلاع من أجل الدفاع عنها
Hi @Smita_Patil while searching photo for Gateway I found Janjira fort photo clicked on 2011. Sharing it with you here…
That’s a very nice capture @Rohan10 , this one is actually showing the closer view of Janjira surrounded by seawater, probably better capture than the ones I have
Thank you for sharing this here, it would help readers to imagine the fort from this view also!
Many thanks

أنا فخور بالتأكيد بأسلافنا لأنهم صنعوا مثل هذه الهياكل الضخمة في وقت سابق والتي كان من الصعب هزيمتها. هذه حقا مهارة والكثير من المنطق!
This is amazing and informative.
Keep going and spread the reality in front of people.
This was amazing
