What I love about being a Local Guide: I recently discovered Local Guides and I have written 13 reviews so far. yay! I realized that my neighborhood is fun exploring and there is so much about foods, places, ideas more than just a map. I am happy that I am able to contribute and make people more accessible in many things related to places and exploring these places. In the upcoming days, I plan to add more photos, write more reviews and do more edits.

What I love about being a Local Guide: To me, being a Local Guide means to help out people who love travel! The land and people, is a vast field and everybody needs a little help to ease out any difficulty, and that’s where I fit in. Local Guides care about in congenial way to make everybody feel at home in any corner of our beautiful world. I always love to share my experiences, good or bad, about the places, hotels and restaurants alike. It will be a sheer delight if someone, somewhere says ‘thank you’ to me. ‘Make my day!’
My favourite thing to explore: I love entertainment. Be it a Disneyland or Ocean Park or any theme park for that matter. Roller coasters, adventure rides, 3-d virtual excitements are things for me. I also love to learn greeting sentences of different languages. Photography is my passion since black & white era. With modern digital equipments it is now more easy ‘plug and play’.
Fun Fact about me: I love Hollywood movies. Be it ‘Hours’ to ‘Fast and Furious’ my hero is still Paul Walker. I wish he were alive to be a part of later sequels of ‘Fast and Furious. I am a fan of Tom Hanks; Daniel Craig …the list is endless!

Being a Local Guide: I use google maps a lot, before going to any location I read reviews and comments, and if I have any query I ask in Q&A and people do reply almost instantaneously. Having seen many places of all kinds I decided to be part of community and help people where ever I can.
What I love to do: I love my work, it has taken me to very nice and remote places, seen and exerience different cultures.

Helping others has always been my favourite thing, and Google Local Guide gives me chance to help strangers, who are in need.
My favourite thing to explore : I love visiting places having historical relevance and having natural beauty also. For instance I loved visiting Lodhi Garden in New Delhi and also the peaceful environment at Mahatma Gandhi’s memorial Rajghat .
Fun Fact about me : I am a Masters in Hindi language and do translation from English to Hindi and vice versa. I am a teacher also. I love photography, drawing and painting.

I don’t know when i’m start to be a local guide, i just take a pictures and leave feedback. Some times if my review is reply by another or any some one like my feedback/photo or any coment, i received email from Google. I’ll ignoring the email, delete the email and just read without know what’s the meaning that. I just thinking this is not important, cause i’m just reviewing the place, restaurant or something like that.
So, ones again i’m ignoring email from google. Let me appologize to Google. When i’ve a plan for trip, i’ll find some information from Google reviews. I still don’t know if the reviewers is local guide who can help each other with the feedback. And i just doing. I know be a reviewers we can help other base on experinced, that’s why i love be a reviewers.
On March 3rd 2020, i check my email and read email by Google. I read carefully, and now i know reviewers is LOCAL GUIDE hahaha (laugh). Thank you Google, has create Google Map with review option. I’m appreciate.

What I love about being a Local Guide: Before I visit a new place, I usually check the reviews on Google maps. Due to that I’ve found lots of interesting locations and one or two new favorite spots. So last year I decided to give something back, to share my experiences with others, to be a part of this incredible community.
And if I am lost in the middle of nowhere? Maps will help me back to civilization.

My favorite thing to explore: I just want to see everything! From a simple beach and national parks through to historic sites. Whether cold or warm - I am all in! But the best about new places are all the different cultures you get to know. Last year I’ve been to Malaysia, my first time in Asia ever. And it was unforgettable!
