A landscape photo of you with a brief description.
3.What I love about being a Local Guide: Born and raise in Singapore, i like going to the neighbourhood exploring new food shop, night market and as i grew older i travel to Malaysia a lot, now i’m living here in Malaysia. Exploring all the best food places, events, campsites, sharing my reviews and honest contribution.
I started out very small small by just getting notification on my Google Map apps, then i started writing it, posting pictures. Now i post videos and write more meaningful and impactful feedback. I didn’t realize until a point there was like scoring thingy, i open the app and get emails like my post views went from million views to now Level 6 going 7. I have no idea, but just doing it out of sincerity and helping others.
4.My favorite thing to explore: Everything about food i’m in, especially halal food spots nearby me and also recommended new places to go. It helps others too. At time i went to places that have no reviews, so i had to leave some comments on the digital food print, i check back after 1 year more people are visiting the places.
5.Fun Fact about me: I’m a digital nomad for 15 years and i’m a professional yo-yo player for more then 28 years. I speak English, Malay, Indonesia, Chinese Mandarin and i love taking photos and videos nonstop where i go, i post on social media but one thing strike my thought is that, i should post it on Google Reviews to help others find the best and recommended places.
Today i open my email by Google and i saw Local Guides Connect website, i decided to join. Dropping by to say hello to @TsekoV and @SharmaK other moderators for the community!

I love your thought about sharing knowledge. Before books, websites and AI, people learned by telling stories and sharing their experiences with one another.
In many ways, I feel that’s exactly what Local Guides is all about.
I also enjoy discovering those little hidden gems that aren’t in every travel guide. And that’s a beautiful view of Portugal, which is officially on my “places to visit” list!
If there’s a good café, delicious local food, beautiful sunset spot, or a hidden gem in town, chances are I’m already adding it to my “must-visit” list.
I enjoy exploring new places and sharing my experiences through reviews and photos on Google Maps. Knowing that my contributions can help someone find their next favorite place is what motivates me to keep contributing.
Looking forward to connecting with fellow explorers from around the world and learning from your adventures too!
Warm greetings from Batam, the island where cultures, cuisines, and adventures come together.
