If I had to choose one place, it would probably be Casa Tana in Granada.
Not because it is the most luxurious restaurant I have reviewed, but because it perfectly represents what I enjoy most when dining out: great products, knowledgeable people, an outstanding wine selection, and a relaxed atmosphere where you immediately feel welcome.
The food is simple and honest, the wine recommendations are always interesting, and every visit feels personal. It is the kind of place that reminds me that hospitality is often more memorable than complexity.
After hundreds of reviews, those are still the places I value the most.
Currently it has to be Sofia, the city, in Bulgaria. Loved the culture, the people, the history. The food suits me well, as does the reserved but laid back friendly approach.
