Hey @Ambreen ,

That would pique curiosity around other Local Guides. I think now it is a trend to try strange looking food. Can’t wait to read it!

Thank you and wish you a great weekend!

Yes, absolutely dear @InaS will share soon. Also, I had a question, can I use a few images of restaurants from the Google maps and add the source credit in my post? so that I can add more good restaurants in my post listing, who make different variety of charcoal infused food?

Hi @Ambreen ,

About your question, we always encourage Local Guides to share their original content. The best practice is to use your own photos and not someone’s else. When you share your unique experience with us, you narrate the story with your photos.

Hi @Ambreen ,
this ice cream with gold looks very unusual. But I was even more interested in the second dish, parmesan fries-truffle. I wonder what it tastes like. Indian cuisine seems to me very spicy.

Hi @katydarhel the fries are actually very delicious and non-spicy, they are plain fries with truffle oil +herbs and mild spices, they were nice and crisp too and served with 2 delicious dips. Indian cuisine is a bit spicy but there are many restaurants which do serve fusion cuisines, so the restaurants also serve a variety of international dishes which are non-spicy versions and extremely delicious. Right now the latest trend is the Ketogenic diet and many restaurants are introducing an indian take on keto diet, so all the spicy chicken tikkas are getting converted and these versions are very simple, healthy and nonspicy food which you can definitely try

Hi @Ambreen ,
thank you very much for the detailed explanation. On occasion, I will definitely try something from Indian cuisine. I am also very interested in the term ketogenic diet. Could you explain in more detail what it is?

Hi @katydarhel

Sure dear ? the ketogenic diet is basically a very low-carb, high-fat diet. It lowers blood sugar and insulin levels and shifts the body’s metabolism away from carbs and towards fat and ketones. 5% Carbs, 25% Protein, 75% Fat is the Keto Food pyramid breakdown percentage. I was first introduced to this diet plan at Coffee Culture restaurant in Mumbai, many popular restaurants are now adding this diet in their menu for health-conscious people. ?

Hi @Ambreen ,
I am very grateful to you for this clarification. I remembered that once I heard about such a diet. But I could not relate the Indian cuisine and ketone diet. I realized that in many Indian restaurants this diet is actively used. Now I have to try something original from Indian cuisine. And to experience the influence of the ketone diet on yourself would also be very curious. Being in good shape still does not hurt anyone !!!
Thank you for the beautiful photo !!!
