No, Google never pays for any event expenses.
We are arranging this event ourselves, as you can also read in this post. The Rs. 1000 fee is for food and other arrangements. This means these are self-sponsored events.
Another thing is that we do this because we genuinely want to do something good and meet like-minded people.
I hope this clears up the event and payment concept for you.
