Although as a local guide or the buisness owner for that matter can édit the phone number on the buisness listing if his buisness is rightly claimed
Really Google my buisness help page on the maps is the place for such things. Have you tried that?
N.B Although you are not aware,it’s allowed to share private or sensitive information like a phone number on connect.
