Wow @DeniGu of course we do love ice cream!!! What a great passion, congratulations to Flavio .
The most funny one I’ve ever found? This one, a complete bag of frozen chocolate filled of ice cream (after it is frozen they remove the bag so that the chocolate will represent it) … it should be a unique meal instead of a dessert .
@DeniGu It’s actually a pretty cool culinary concept! Essentially the ice cream ingredients (along with any add ons) gets mixed in a bowl with liquid nitrogen, allowing it to flash freeze and produce a creamy texture. Unfortunately I couldn’t find any photos (I probably ate it too quickly out of excitement ), but I have photos of the ice cream shop itself and the very cool setup!
Another excellent flavour at “La Romana” ice cream shop in Barcelona: Stracciatella with red fruits and chocolate! Taste it you you stay in Barcelona!!!
In relation to this sweet topic, I would like to tell you about an enterprise of handmade ice creams made with natural products in Guadalajara, Mexico. The flavors are grouped in four categories, the typical ones based on water with fruit flavors; the milk with chocolate, with a special flavor of Gansito; among the light ones there is the yogurt with prunes; among those containing alcohol there is a creation of coffee liqueur - Kahlúa.

@DeniGu Insightful article thanks for sharing. @DionysusOverdrive) your dedication is inspiring Flavio !
I love trying ice creams in Barcelona, one of those amazing cities where you can have one every day of the year ! There must be well over a thousand outlets to choose from. You must visit one day !
@DeniGu Thanks for the great suggestions. I was surprised by the variety of ice creams that LGs from all over the world responded to. I would love to eat all of them.
Clockwise from the top left: soft serve ice cream with cream cheese, soft serve ice cream with white peach, homemade mixed berry ice cream, and soft serve ice cream with blueberry sauce from a ranch in Iwate Prefecture.
