Homemade Dal Puri

Thanks for the recipe of dal puri I have never tried it but after seeing your video will definitely try it .

Here in Maharashtra they make purna poli chappati during festival time

You make atta dough.

Soak channal dal ( yellow colour) boil it try to less water ,after boiling add jaggery & elachi powder make dry paste ( like u made of dal puri) then make small chapati put fillling in it. Make chappati put on tava. When it’s ready, while eating they apply pure ghee eat with, milk, or mango pulp, or shrikhand.
