On June 12 2017, I took/started Google Maps seriously and started in Dec in Connect.
2018 & 2019 were OK…
But, from 2019 Dec, along with the connect 2020, God gifted me many friends & supporters -
& the peak was when we could conduct the Weekly Grooming sessions & IVMs…
I am very happy that both of you gave me a lot of helping hand during those ‘tight’ days.

answer: I agree with you with letter and spirit that it is extremely sad that we post about our achievements and it counts one post but if connect make and category of achievements so provide a chance them that they can misuse this segment by posting about their achievements so if there will be the category of achievements everyone will use it by hook and crook

no it is not the only matter of numbers I agree with you but here is the system where sometime only numbers counts the badges are given on numbers so there are many people who posted daily 3,4 post to got this number they have gotten influential writer badge and soon they will complete their 500 posts also and they will got this badge also but in my view it is not the only matter of number but if there is also a quality with quantity then there is no problem if someone posts a quality post everyday three time are five time then in my view there is no problem do you know I can get influential writer badge in one day posting 250 pictures photos in different 200 posts and write one or two lines about them but I am not doing this because I don’t think it is right ethically and always I tried to write great content sometime I wrote successfully but sometime I could not.

You are mentioning an important word here @Muhammad_Usman : Ethic. This is one of our five core values, also called “respect of others”. Being respectful fo me means to acknowledge the good work and the quality of what posted by others. Respecting the community means providing good contents.
There is a lot of ethic in this post, in the acknowledgement of the Good work made by another local guide, in the intention to celebrate who, for the respect of the community, is not celebrating himself, considering that 250 post is just one post more than 249.
Of course, Local guides Connect gave us the possibility to write our acknowledgement in this board. The scope was to celebrate our goals with others, and I agree with this. I am from the old school, so I still celebrating my goal in Instagram, more than in Connect, as I want to keep this board to celebrate something very special, some goal that I hope to reach, soon or later.
I am using all my free time for that scope, and I hope to be able to share something soon.
I would like to have more time for enjoying your posts, @Muhammad_Usman , unfortunately the life is keeping me extremely busy in the last three months, but I hope to have more time soon to dedicate to Connect and to the Local Guides.
