Now to answer your question, to re-size the images I generally open them with normal ‘Paint’ app that comes with all the Windows PC and there is a ‘Size and Skew’ option as seen in the below picture where you need to add to what pixel size or ratio you want your picture to be :

I make a similar dairy free vegan icecream by blending a frozen banana with unsweetened almond milk (or sometimes chocolate almond milk). I add the blended mixture into a container and then add nuts like pecans for some crunch and sometimes chiunks of peanut butter. I then freeze it overnight. It tastes soooo good, especially when you find a nut or get a piece of peanut butter.
Hey @TheRealKristin I have the same problem with photo size on Connect all the time. My quick solution to this problem is to take a screenshot of my photo, either on my iPhone or my MacBook Pro. I then upload the screenshot which works every time. If I want people to see the HiRes version of the photo/s, I create an album in Google Photos and provide a link. That’s my quick fix solution.
