Hello @Zinan

You need to carry out all the trouble shooting steps & check the result at every step.

  1. Restart your phone

  2. Clear the cache & stored data

  3. Update the app

  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app.

  5. Disable all background programs temporarily & that includes Antivirus service, VPN service, Add blocker service and cleanup apps if any.

  6. If the problem persists, you may have to do a factory reset & load all the apps afresh.
