In Greek, we have two wishes, one is before Easter that we say “Καλό Πάσχα” (Pronounced as “kaló Páscha”) and you can translate it as “Happy Easter” After Easter we wish “Χριστός Ανέστη” (Pronounced as “Christós Anésti”) and you can translate it as"Christ is Risen". Then if someone wished you “Χριστός Ανέστη” you must reply “Αληθώς Ανέστη” (Pronounced as “Alithós Anésti”) and you can translate it as “Truly He has Risen”. ΙIs it very complicated or is it my idea?
