@RosyKohli thank you so much for the tag. Halloween is not that much celebrated in my home country.
But here in Cyprus, it was really celebrated and I spent last year Halloween in Lisbon, Portugal which was amazing.

I’ve made many a costume with a sheet for a ghost, a paper bag with eye/mouth holes with a face marked on it, flowers in my hair… Costumes are easy and can cost nothing! Are you coming dressed up for the meet-up?

Hi @Denise_Barlock Hi @JaneBurunina and hi everyone. Sorry I missed last week’s #StateChallenge: I had internet problems. Hopefully it’s all fixed now and I can join you on Saturday.
Here is my contribution about my area (Pendleside in Northern England) and the connection with witches and Hallowe’en. It’s very real around here. I hope you all find it interesting. There was so much to tell, but I can’t fit it all into about 500 words!

@PeteMHW @FlavioDA We had a challenging morning with interlopers joining and interrupting our meet-up. I’m afraid I had to start denying late entry access to the meet-up. We’re thinking through the best way to share the link outside of Facebook so that only Local Guides join. I’m sorry for the challenge!

Hi and Thanks @Denise_Barlock . And me too, @FlavioDA . I’d completely forgotten that UK clocks changed last weekend, and therefore everything was shifted an hour. I was all dressed up and ready to join in. Really sorry everyone. I gather it was an “interesting” MeetUp, and that you handled the challenges really well!
Our country has just announced a new lockdown
