Dear Dynamic Team,

I have issue when I open a notification of MAPS from drop down menu of my handset. It becomes blank and seems my apps is not responding. Specially it happens when “someone ask a questions”

By the way, my handset details-

Set- Samsung Galaxy A50
OS- Android Version 9
Maps- 10.34.3

In relation to the subject, it would seem that there is also similar case in an on going post, Google map notification Pop-up does not open in Samsung phone. (for convenience of investigating, I have relocated the current post to the mentioned link)

@sonnyNg Thanks for your action here. I am also facing this problem for 2 months or more. Tried everything. Got 2 maps update and also got 2 mobile updates but this problem not solved.

The device is the same as @ShakilAK mentioned. I saw several reports personally about this device and with other Samsung devices.

Just to make sure that all details are collected, would you mind checking for the model/OS and version of the Google Maps application?

Personally checked 3 with my one. Device Name Samsung Gallaxy A50, Os - android 9. Everyone update the Maps version till now.

I’m experiencing some issues with map notification for some time. When I click on a notification it opens only a white screen and nothing happens.

I’m using 2 phones both have same issue. Even after factory resetting the phone didn’t solve the issue. Is anyone experienceing same issue? Please someone help me to fix this. Thanks in advance.

My app details as follows

Phone- Samsung Galaxy A70s / A6+
OS- Android Version 9
Maps- 10.34.3

White screen issue can not solved. nothing helps. Please tag me if anyone found a solution. I suspect the issue with the android 9 update.
