@TokyoJoe , @HelloSamsonR Have either of you seen and policy of guidelines for adding video regarding the content of the videos, what is allow and what is not? I do not want to go off in the wrong direction.

You have to be a beta tester and upgrade to the latest available release.
@LucioV I donât think you need to be a beta tester to get this available features. The only thing I know is by upgrading and as TokyoJoe said the updates are still rolling out.

Hi @sjps Question and answers are available by now but for the video if you update and didnât see this feature it means the update has not arrived yet, but as TokyoJoe said the updates are still rolling out. So sometimes soon it will be available for everyone

@davidcox No official policy or guidelines yet. But if I were you I would still follow the same policies regarding photos as well on maps till there is an official confirmation of policies and guidelines regarding video upload. Thatâs my own view

@HelloSamsonR I agree totally but would love to know the intent. Are they looking for panning shots that show and define the location or can it be a sales piece? I would say panning shots and video walk throughs. I assume no talking heads kind of video. This could be a pretty creative option and I hope they define it well and keep it under control. Like if you contribute something for a Gecko location should it be totally irrelevant and make no sense? (joke) Great find and I am off to shoot some video to test it out some more for how they rank and traffic they get vs. 60 picture vs still shots.

@JohnnyE Android platform first before iOS . Lol just kidding, Tokyojoe said updates are been rolled out and an official announcement for it will take place soon.
Nice @davidcox I like your viewpoint . You said well. When you take a video shot, please let us know how it went. The mb size and the max time limit. One thing too I would love to know. How our video views ranking would be. I canât wait for the official news from the Team yet

you could show me this new roll out working on a short video kindest regards @DavidTito
@HelloSamsonR I will today I plan on shooting a high traffic cineplex exterior. Going to shot Nikon D7100 wide angle lens video pan of the out side, Theta S 360 picture same view same spot, Samsung phone video pan same view same spot and then still shot and see how they rank each. Then delete lower ranking in a day or so after I see the results I do not get in spam trouble. Try that a couple of locations and see what happens. On the first shot, I tried it was cloudy and not so hot a video, handheld and was in the middle of the content. This time am going to use a mono pod for Nikon and try for the best slow smooth shot. I would think this would rank the best since it is more interactive than the rest but who knows. Maybee contributor profile affects it.
@davidcox be sure

Yes itâs a matter of time and everything will be stabilized. Wow thatâs cool @FaridTDF You had a 1minute video. Some people said theirs max was 30sec. How many mb was your video?
Thanks and thats really good to know.
