Thali is very famous. But it’s not my favorite.
My favorite is the one like ice cream. Mmmmmh chicken butter is also delicious

Rice & it’s not sauce it’s called dal fry in small bucket it is. Moong dal ( pulses) . Don’t worry I will share you the recipe.
Puri in Delhi they put cottage cheese or potato.
Delhi is place where foodie people enjoy eating.
