Yes @KhokonSharker bhai,

I had trvelled with tram in Kolkata for 3 years that time fare was very less.

So i enjoyed almost every day during that period .

I was staying in golf club road and daily used to come by metro and go back by Tram from dharamtalla .

Happy to know you like and interesting in Tram .

Now a days Kolkata is the only place where still Tram run daily ,though that also had been majority route speed by Kolkata metro.

You have written in your memory pages the very busy time using the tram.

Come to shimla I will give you Toy train ride .

Thats unique experience climbing the mountain with train and Rope way .

Beautiful story of tram ride. Thanks for sharing your experience. After reading your post I just realized, I have visited Kolkata several times, but never rode on a tram. Not sure how I missed this. But next time I go to Kolkata I will try this for sure. Thank you for sharing your story @KhokonSharker . Enjoyed reading it thoroughly.

@SoniaK Apu I also missed this first year when I went to Calcutta. But the next time I searched, I found it and added a great experience to my travel list.

I think you will feel very proud if you travel this tram later as Kolkata trams are now on the verge of extinction. Thank you so much for your valuable comment Apu.
