Good evening. UCHIWAEBI seems to be from January to June. Mainly landed in western Japan. Because the amount of landing is small, it is consumed almost in the production area. Not usually sold in the Kanto area. If you travel to western Japan, please enjoy the best taste.

It is a piece of butter. Apparently in Lyon, they serve the oysters with bread.
It was strange at first, but the bread was fresh and delicious so I am not complaining.
