Yes @Austinelewex this food not recommend and we eat small portion 2 package for 6 person ( 7 with me ) .But some of noodles safe for eating without cooking ,so watch carefully all instructions

@Austinelewex I don’t know if you can eat raw noodles and if it is safe for you. But in your Abacha recipe raw bouillon cube is used. It’s not less awful for me.
@Nyainurjanah I haven’t try to eat such noodles raw. I eat them rarely at all. But I know people who eat it raw or boiled in large quantities. Your company looks so friendly and happy, that I can’t think about any danger looking at you.

@OlgaKlimchik Abacha is not instant noodles or type of noodles.
Abacha is not processed in the factory and package as instant noodles is.
Abacha is a Local cuisine in South East region, not even the whole Nigeria knows how to prepare it.
It is processed from cassava. But Noodles is processed from wheat or other types of flour.
Very soon @OlgaKlimchik will write a detailed post about Abacha.
It is never a noodle but both look alike.

@Austinelewex I didn’t say about cassava or wheat. I said about raw bouillon cubes. I think namely they are dangerous (maybe no more than boiled). And fast noodles may be dangerous by the same reason. Namely flavoring, not wheat products.
Don’t know about cassava, we don’t eat it. But wheat products are very popular here. Even combined with jam, having a lot of sugar (or Romafa’s compote ). One negative feature of such food is its high-calorie.

@OlgaKlimchik Enjoying noodles better cooking before as instructions ,but sometimes enjoying food in different way is not too bad but don’t to much I think , thank you we created fun atmosphere during at company because we are family as co-workers .

@Austinelewex Are these eggs whiped before frying? Is it omelette from eggs at the top? If I stir it at the frying pan before readiness (+vegetable will give juice), would it be an egg source?

@OlgaKlimchik the egg is whisked. That is the egg white is whisked with the egg yolk . Then fried. It is omelette.

@Nyainurjanah in India as children many of us have tried uncooked Maggi noodles. These instant noodles are fried in manufacture and hence can be eaten.

@Austinelewex If I fry vegetables, then add eggs as for omelette and will stir during frying, would it be your egg souce?

Follow the recipe on that Egg Sauce and Boiled Yam post.
You have to add fresh sliced tomatoes to the vegetable oil or soya bean oil or olive oil. You must fry with oil. @OlgaKlimchik

duuuh… not recomended deh. Ceritanya panjang banget, tapi intinya makan mie instan dan apalagi mie keriting kering yang dijual di pasaran, kudu dan wajib direbus terlebih dahulu hingga mendidih sampai mie nya lunak.
Kalau bilang stop makan mie instan, duuuuh bisa kena somasi saya dari pabrik mie.
Mendingan bilang ini: makanlah mie instan bila dalam keadaan memaksa dan tidak ada makanan lain yang tersedia.
… hehehe
