Wonderful, Can you please share any news article/information link where this infringement case is covered @Erik_van_den_Ham I work in the field of Intellectual Property law, I can use this case (photograph owned by you) example and can explain to the students on the liabilities of using someone’s IP protected work without the owner’s consent.

@fasi6083 I can send you more info if you like in a PM. How thinks are handled and more. I also have other cases were I used a law firm to come to a settlement.
My photo was used and given to a large group of ‘resellers’ of hotel rooms.
In the EXIF of my pictures there is always this document: General Terms and Conditions

Wow @TusharSuradkar You did it!!! Never say never, right? The view from your room was stunning. I’ve never been in Detroit yet.
I have a story about a dreamed place. I’m a fan of cinema business, I like to know everything about behind the scenes and in my second time in Los Angeles I had the opportunity to stay in a hotel that was set of many movies and series that I’ve seen in my life: The Millennium Biltmore Hotel and it was magical. I felt like in a movie. A week there that I’ll remember forever.
