A number of Local Guides have contacted me off Connect, advising of issues they are having with (a) adding their permalinks for their star photo, video and/or 360 sphere and (b) adding the HTML for their star views history tables.
(a) Star photo, video and/or 360 sphere permalinks.
As mentioned by @LightRich, this has happened because the structure of links on the new Connect appears to be different to what it was on the old Connect. As Buzz mentions, I was expecting that there would be some teething problems and that they would be impossible to know about let alone fix until after the new Connect was made live.
I have escalated this with the Google Moderators and in the meantime I suggest the following solution:
- Add your new monthly star screenshot(s) to Connect as you normally do.
- Manually edit/add your caption (e.g. screenshot date and star views) and for now,
- Do not update your data on the T100 Leaderboard System
- I will delay posting the star Leaderboards until this links issue is investigated and a solution is implemented.
(b) Adding the HTML for star views history tables
This issue is currently under investigation and I hope to have a solution shortly. In the meantime, I suggest the following two options:

Do not update your star views history table(s), OR

If you are game, you could edit your previous star views history table(s) and add a new line in the table(s) for the current month’s details. If you do have a go then I strongly recommend that before attempting this you first copy the whole HTML of your post and paste it into a text based notepad as a backup. If you mess up you can then copy and paste back the notepad backup and recover yourself.
As soon as a solution is implemented, you will be able to replace the table(s) with the latest updated one(s) that are automatically generated by the T100 Leaderboard System.
