Hi @brittym ,
Thank you for sharing this beautiful post with us. The first photo you shared looks so delicious. By the way, I like the chicken tikka masala.
Congratulations @Abishek Sharma!
@brittym , Cheken Tikka Masala with Butter Naan is one of my favorite combos. Unfortunately, we are under curfew here in Sri Lanka so we can’t go out anymore. So I have to satisfy with the mouth-watering photo you have shared
.
Have you tried “Mutton Koroma”. It is a bit spicy than tikka masala but very tasty. I’m sure Surya is making those. Give it a try if you haven’t already.
Cheers…!!!
@brittym Thank you so much for sharing and I add it my to visit list ![]()
@SebaasC It was my first time looking for Fenugreek too! It’s a spice. It’s an ingredient in the Garam Masala spice that we substituted
Hopefully you can find Garam Masala, too!
Ohh… I see, thanks.
This looks delicious

Definitely trying this recipe at home and hopefully get the feelings of this restaurant. Proud to see “SHAN GINGER GARLIC PASTE” in NYC, a PAKISTAN product ![]()
One of the delicate delicacies among other dishes from subcontinental food. This item requires patience, love and strong taste buds which can taste all of the ingredients.
Hope it happened there too.
Cheers
It’s a common spice used here in Pakistan india Bangladesh. You can find it locally or in packaging by shan shan foods.
Also you can get garam masala by shan foods.
