Christmas Holidays in New York City

Yes, I found it strange @ErmesT .

Let me see if I can reproduce it again.

(Testing)

No, I can’t reproduce it. It’s pretty strange… @ErmesT

Well, this is what we actually have @ChanneLing , but if you have a website or a blog you can take the address from there on the same way.

Just be sure to use only your photos ?

We asked several time for an integration between Local Guides Connect and the Google products, for being able to take directly a photo from our contributions on Maps or from our photos on Google Photos, but it seems that this is actually not possible to have, due to some technical reason …

I try to do the best with what I have:

Let me know if you need more assistance / test

Great photos, BTW

Hi @ErmesT , thank you lots for the help! I had the same confusion that why we can’t add photos from Google Photos directly, and now I get it. Your words are very helpful!

And yes, do our best with what we have, that’s the spirit. Respect!

You too, awesome photo! Thank you again for everything!

Just thinking about photo size, @ChanneLing

Google Photo is a strange software. I give you a small tip: to get the correct size, just wait for the photo to be fully loaded. This will avoid you to get a wrong (smaller) size of the photo.

Have a fun

Hi @ChanneLing ,

The first thought that came in my mind when I saw the words combination New York and Christmas was the “Home Alone” movie.

Actually I share your dream about Christmas in New York and I am happy that it came true for you. Thank you for sharing these great photos and your experience. Your post is really helpful to be used as a Christmas guide of New York.

Hi @ErmesT ,

Thanks a lot! I’ll keep that in mind.

Best.

Hi @MashaPS ,

Thank you! I’m glad you enjoy the post. “Home Alone” is indeed a very classic Christmas movie. I still remember the scene in the toy store and the grand hotel. Hope you can make your trip to NYC soon.
