Because, the video contains the actual scene of a North Indian lunch - Roti/Chapati with two curries, ready to eat - a very tempting scene.
“What you like about it”
Other than the food, I have tried to include the overall view of the restaurant, the lighting, the seating arrangement, facilities like TV, etc. Kitchen & Cash counter, etc.

Thanks to your post @InaS , we have a list of appetizing videos here.
And I want to add to it a short video from Rebernya (rib house) in Lviv, Ukraine. I consider it useful as it shows how the main dish is served - a waiter chops the ribs with an axe right in front of a client. That was surprising for us.
