My mouth is watering now @Sophia_Cambodia . The salad looks really delicious. I am going to try making it soon. The koh kong sauce seems spicy, even though you mentioned that it should be sweeter. I hope I can handle this. But seriously, can’t wait to try to deliciousness. Thank you for sharing the recipe. I am going to bookmark it so that I can find it later, when I make it.

You can leave the first mixed sauce and use only Koh Kong sauce with salmon, then adding vegetables. I tried both and it comes out similarly.

My siblings do not like raw salmon, it is hard to convince them but for me myself, I love it so much, I could make 4-5 different dishes of Salmon @Velvel

I haven’t cooked something with salmon yet, but I would like to try it someday
Since salmon price is expensive, I should make sure that the dish will come up perfectly!

I can share the recipe with you later but salad is the easiest one to make @Velvel more importantly I am kind of lazy to write recipe, I often abandon it mid way
