Best camping spots around Cambodia

Thank you for this list. Two of my close friends are from Cambodia and I am thinking of visiting when the pandemic is over. Do you also have any yoga retreat/camps and elephant rescue spots to recommend? Thank you-

I will come up with the list of elephant watching soon @Cagil I haven’t heard about yoga retreat camps but we can arrange that since I am working with community people at various sites. There are yoga studios in Siem Reap town called Blue Indiago yoga and this one.

@Sophia_Cambodia Thank you for tagging me. These camps are nice and beautiful. I would love to visit some of them one day. Of course I would go for a reasonable price camp but more comfortable. Hahaha, I hope I can find one like that. Thank you for sharing this post with us.

@helga19 If you visitCambodia, you should visit Thailand too. :slightly_smiling_face: You and @Sophia_Cambodia and me can go somewhere together. And I’ll take you to try Thai street food as well.

I do agree that certain “Documentary” posts need to be in detail, like a tutorial - I agree with you.

I am really sorry if I have hurt you in any way.

regards @Sophia_Cambodia

All the best.

Thanks for posting this! I travel with my husband and we already have a lot of experience, so finding something new and exciting is very difficult. Lately we’ve been talking about going to some “poor” country, like Vietnam or Cambodia, to see some interesting living culture and save some money because it’s cheaper. However, I know that hotels in such countries are not as good and comfortable as in Europe, so now I am even thinking about going camping there. We can take our tents, tools, mattresses, flashlight and everything we need here and go camping. Thanks for the unusual idea!
