The issue you are mentioning is not related to the Local Guides program. You should address your inquiry to the Google My Business community
In addition, your account appear to be a business too, so you should not be on the Local Guides program.
This is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program.”
