Please keep in mind that this is a global forum and you can not expect readers to know where Almaty is located. You can add the country name or simply include the Maps link to the restaurant.
Secondly, you violated the guidelines about personal attacks. It is very likely that your review will be taken down for this.
You don’t need to study the guidelines for reviews - the review flagging menu has a specific option for this as seen above.
Double posting your reviews here on Connect is not very likely to reach potential customers. This is where Google Maps really shines.
