the legal age to join to the Local Guides program is the age that on each country is considered legal, so in India it’s 13
The age for joining Local Guides Connect is 18.
The legal age for the participation to a Google event depends of the country where the event is hosted, and is considered the legal age to drink alcohol of that country. The reason is that alcohol may be served at the event, it doesn’t matter if the attendees are consuming alcohol or they don’t.
That age is 21 in the USA but, regarding Connect Live 2026 the minimum age is 18, as clearly indicated on the official post
