Octopus is my favorite as well and there is so much seafood to try on the island, every day I had many delicious mouthwatering dishes!
I was pleasantly surprised by the Madeira wine, it’s not as sweet as port wine and the taste is kind of smokier. I brought a 5 YO bottle which I will open on a good occasion. 
I didn’t do the toboggan sledge unfortunately, but it looked a lot of fun!! It’s a good reason to go back, once I’ll try.
