A Coffee ☕ Love Story. First Jobs & First Loves. #monthlytopic

I’m happy to see that you’ve tried coffee from Indonesia, such as Java and Sumatra @JordanSB

Next time you should try Toraja Coffee from Sulawesi province in Indonesia. It’s a famous coffee here as well. They have both of the Arabica and Robusta bean along with the mixed of them two.

Wow you’ve tried coffee since 7 or 8 years old @SP31 ? :no_mouth:

What was the first coffee that you had back then?

@Velvel ah yes, in Miami one of the most popular brands is Cafe Bustelo, and that’s what my dad would brew and there was usually a lot of sugar just to appeal to me haha.

I tried Cafe Bustelo before @SP31

I got the instant coffee version from Connect Live 2019. Since we got so many gifts, I event didn’t remember who gave me this coffee (perhaps it was you? )

The coffee tastes so great! I like it!

I guess your taste must be changed now. You won’t add sugar on your black coffee anymore, will you?

Awesome story, @JordanSB . My daughter just opened her coffee shop in Bali and I see that you don’t have any yet. Pity that I can’t say much about it as I can’t drink coffee due to health issue, but I always love the aroma.

@Velvel your memory is INCREDIBLE, haha, that was my gift from home to everyone haha! So glad that you enjoyed it! But yup, I rarely will add sugar, maybe sometimes some sort of dairy but I love the pure flavor.

I mostly will remember anything related to food and coffee @SP31

Oh my… What I guess is right. It was from you!!! Sadly, I only took one. It means next time I need to bring back more LOL.

Indonesia has a lot of coffee with great aroma and strong taste. Next time when we meet, I would like to give you. Let’s do the exchange then

@Velvel Absolutely down for that exchange, I’d love some Indonesian coffee!

Have you tried Indonesian coffee before @SP31 ?

@Velvel I think I may have as a gift from one of the Summit/Connect events I’ve attended, what is your favorite recommendation?

That’s nice!

How was it? Did you like it? @SP31

We have many variants of coffee from each province. I even haven’t tried all of them yet

For your taste bud who loves coffee with stronger caffeine, I recommend Robusta Toraja Coffee. I have it at home now. I bought it at Toko Kopi Ujung .

We could also request for the roasting process, such as coarse, medium, or fine.

How nice it is!

@Velvel I remember finding it to be bold and rich, I think it is fascinating you still have a lot more to try on your journey as well  . Appreciate the recommendation, I’ll have to see if I can get it locally or order online!

Hi Jordan,

What a nice narration and it’s all about coffee blended in your life. If you come to India I would have shown you a Koorg Coffee. What a tasty coffee it is. We use jaggery and milk here. Please come once. If you are in New Zealand please meet my brother. dsouzavally.

Congrats on Guiding Star @JordanSB . I just rewatched the announcement video featured in @AdrianLunsong article and saw your name and video featured in the beginning announcement.

I started to read your articles but this one caught my eye. Yes, what a wonderful story about coffee. When I’m at home, I definitely like my coffee black, but I do add some milk. Outside though, I love Starbucks and Dutch Bros. The white chocolate mochas are my favorite. :chocolate_bar: :two_hearts:
