One of the most hydrating veggies on the planet, cucumber is full of 90% to 95%  water content. Not only is it best eaten when raw but tastes delicious when wrapped in sandwiches, pickled, tossed in hearty salads just made your evening more fresh and refreshing.

 

Cucumbers consist mostly of water, and they also contain important electrolytes. They can help prevent dehydration in hot weather or after a workout, exercise or yoga. It’s also good for add some flavor in your regular drinking water, adding cucumber, ginger, lemon and mint can make it more attractive testy. Here is an amazing easy cucumber recipe specially designed for this summer. Try this easy, quick and high on nutrients, this raita recipe is a must add to your summer lunch menu. Here are ingredients for this raita – Curd, Onion, Cucumber, Lemon, Coriander leaves, Tomatoes, Green chill and Spices for test. Season it with salt, chili powder, chat powder, 1-2 spoons lemon juice and add some coriander leaves. Adjust spices to your taste. Mix all these ingredients together and refrigerate for a while. And it’s ready to serve. 

 

This is another simple cucumber salad recipe that tastes. This refreshing salad has fresh and tangy flavors, and can be enjoyed as a great protein rich breakfast or snack. Cucumbers are good for our skin too. Here are the recipe ingredients – Cucumber, Black chickpeas (boiled), tomatoes, onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, chat powder, lemon juice. Adjust spices to your taste. Mix well all the ingredients and species too. Green chilli and chat powder is totally optional. Feel free to skip them to make your salad non spice.

You can make different types of salad with cucumber, potato, black chickpeas, white chickpeas, green chickpeas,kidney bean and sprouts. This recipe is totally sugar and oil free. Black chickpeas content high protein & fiber.
