Tips and Tricks to Discover Kuching, Sarawak

1) choose the nearest stay to town rather the cheapest. there would be a lot of backpackers stay in kuching since kuching is a capital city in sarawak. the prices are all almost the same. i'd like to suggest you quiik cat guesthouse which is located near 7-eleven, which is good for you to buy late night snacks. it's also an easy access to plaza merdeka, approximately 100m walk and 100m to waterfront riverside.

2) walk, walk, walk and walk. wonderful things in kuching are placed near to each other. you can go to various museums, explore the indian pedestrian street, go for shopping, eat meals.

3) grab an uber if your journey is far or else rent a car. uber was introduced in sarawak last september 2016. most uber drivers, as far as i used the service, are customer-friendly and entertaining. ask them where places of attraction you can go for your vacation. they'd help!
