I don't see any signature options in settings. Where I can put/update my signature?

It's under "My Settings" and then go to "Personal" and then again under "Personal Settings" you'd see "Signature" box. Hope that helps

@AbdullahAlAmin Wait while I check if it is available for your level. It was only available for Level 5  Local Guides before the new point system. So if you dont see it, I guess it is not available for you, but still hold on while I confirm 🙂
